I have been palying a role of UX UI deisgner. I started with user research and the weak points in user journery which we need to improve. I have also worked on UX writting. My my focus was to design the product that is easy to use for the customer as business account opening is too confusing in itself and when it comes to online world to takeover this process we have to crack the norms and must have to find an easy, comfortable way to achieve it.
after user research, we designed new LO-FI prototype and presented it across the team, got the reviews and comments , i got a change to go throguh few users , I recoreded the whole testing process and mapped it well. which helped me alot to improve the flow and finaly, by following the brand gudielines, I have finished the hi-fi prototype. once the deisgn is approved and transfer the mockups via zepline to Dev team.
